Driven by an ambitious strategic research plan and building upon its 5 and 4 rated grades in RAE 2001, through targeted investment, the University is to award 55 full-time studentships in areas where further improved research performance is projected:
The PhD Studentship Scheme will offer the following benefits:
Exemption from the payment of annual fees £6000 annual stipend Studentships are open to UK/EU candidates with a first degree in a relevant discipline and International students on a full fee paying basis.
