*$30,000 per annum, tax free*
Engineering (civil/ mechanical/ structural) graduates with Honours 1 or 2A equivalent are invited to apply for a CRC for Rail Innovations scholarship.
The successful applicant will have extensive opportunities for interaction with industry and working and learning as part of a large dynamic research team. The project aims at achieving improved design of insulated rail joints (IRJ) that are safety critical sections of rail signaling network. Enhancing the service life of IRJ through design optimisation will be the major focus of the research.
