The Department of Psychology seeks a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a fixed term of three years. The successful applicant must enrol for one of the Ph.D. programmes offered by the Department and must teach on the Psychology undergraduate programme for up to a maximum of 180 hours per year. Remuneration comes from a 3 year tax exempt bursary and from teaching paid at the sessional lecturer hourly rate.
You must have a good first degree in Psychology. A higher degree in psychology or psychological research methods would be an advantage. You must show potential for producing high quality research under supervision and must be willing and able to help meet the teaching needs of the department. Start date 28 January 2008, or as close as possible.
