Subject to approval, the chair of econometrics is offering a PostDoc position as part of the research project
Impact evaluation and labour markets in Africa - Impakt Evaluation und Arbeitsmärkte in Afrika.
The candidate should ideally combine knowledge and interests in the fields
- Impact evaluation, treatment effects, microeconometrics
- Labour markets
- African datasets and institutions.
The main focus of this position will be on research, with some teaching related to the candidate’s field of interest.
The position is 3+3 years, with opportunity to write a Habilitation.
The chair of econometrics focuses resources on impact evaluation (estimation of treatment effects, theory and applications) and impact evaluation and applied micro in developing countries, mostly Africa.
