About CLARITY
The CLARITY centre, a consortium of University College Dublin, Dublin City University, and Tyndall research institute, has recently obtained €16.4 million from the Irish Government CSET programme and a set of industry partners to work on Sensor Web technologies. CLARITY is a multi-disciplinary research centre that will focus on 3 main research areas: (1) Sensor Networks & Systems; (2) Data Mining & Knowledge Discovery; (3) Adaptivity & Personalized Feedback. CLARITY brings about 80 experts from electronic engineering, computer science, civil/environmental engineering, architecture, chemical engineering, working closely with the healthcare organizations and environmental agencies.
