Eight Ph.D. Fellowships in Linguistics, 2008 The Center for Language and Cognition Groningen (CLCG) announces the eight fellowships for study leading to Ph.D. degrees in Linguistics. A considerable number of CLCG researchers participate in the interdisciplinary Center for Behavioral and Cognitive Neurosciences (BCN)<http://www.rug.nl/bcn/>, and in the Landelijke Onderzoekschool Taalwetenschap (LOT, the National Dutch graduate school in Linguistics) <http://wwwlot.let.uu.nl/>. Within the CLCG there are six exciting research groups: Syntax/Semantics, Discourse and Communication, Language Variation and Change, Computational Linguistics, Neurolinguistics, and Language and Literacy Development over the Life Span.
